about

I'm a post-masters graduate student in the Physics Department at Drexel. My advisor is Prof. M. Vogeley. You can get a copy of my CV here.

I was born in Mumbai, India on the 29th of May, 1983. I attended Campion School from prep through to 10th grade, and Jai Hind College from the 11th through to the 12th grade. I was awarded a B.S. in Mathematics and Physics from the University of Richmond. My work at Richmond, carried out under the supervision of Prof. E. Bunn, focused on the bispectrum as a quantifier of dust contamination and non-Gaussianity in the CMB. My paper on the results may be found here. I obtained my M.S. in Physics under the supervision of Prof. A. Baski at the Virginia Commonwealth University working on the electrical characterization of GaN thin-films using an AFM. My thesis may be found here. After a year of teaching as an adjunct for the VCU Physics Department, I have begun working towards my PhD. in physics (cosmology) here at Drexel.
