More about Abell 370

Here is our recent image of Abell 370, a distant galaxy cluster in Cetus.

The A370 red shift has been measured to be z=0.375, which places it at a
distance of about 1.3 GPc (4.3 billion light years).

Here is a European Southern Observatory image of the cluster
(8.2 m telescope).

I cooked up a blink comparison between a cropped portion of our image
and the ESO image to look for the gravitational arc.

I couldn't find it, but it would be a nice challenge for any imager.
