It tasted great! Pasta with Shrimp and Asparagus serves 2 1/2 pound raw shrimp, peeled and deveined 1/2 bunch asparagus, sliced into 1 inch pieces 1/4 medium red onion, chopped 1/2 red bell pepper, seeded and chopped 1 Roma tomato, seeds and pulp removed, chopped 1 Tbps butter 1/2 Tbps Crisco Hot Pepper oil salt pepper spaghetti or linguini (2 servings) grated parmesan cheese Cook the pasta according to the package directions. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add butter and oil. When hot add the onion, bell pepper, and asparagus. Saute for about 5 minutes. Add shrimp, salt and pepper and saute for 4-5 minutes or until the shrimp are pink. Drain pasta and toss with the sauted shrimp and vegetables. Sprinkle with freshly grated parmesan cheese. Yumm-o!
