You will not find them anymore, but, when the chips first came out, I copied them off. The recipes on the back of the package these days is different and, IMHO, not nearly as good. Oatmeal Scotchies 2 C flour 2 eggs 1 tsp baking powder 2 Tbl water 1 tsp baking soda 1 1/2 C oats 1 tsp salt 12 oz (2 C) butterscotch chips 1 C butter or margarine 1 1/2 C brown sugar 1/2 tsp orange extract Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine flour, baking powder, soda & salt. Set aside. In large bowl, combine butter, brown sugar, eggs & water. Beat until creamy. Gradually add flour mixture. Stir in oats, chips & orange extract.
