Will keep for months. ---------------------------------- MINCEMEAT Ingredients : 8 oz. stoned raisins 6 oz. mixed peel 8 oz. cooking apples, peeled & cored 2 oz. almonds, blanched 6 oz. shredded suet 8 oz. moist brown sugar 8 oz. currants Grated rind & strained juice of 2 lemons 1/2 tsp. mixed spice 1/8 pt. brandy or white wine vinegar Preparation : Mince or finely chop the raisins, peel, almonds and apples.
