 MEATLOAF

 Ingredients :
 1 1/2 lb. hamburger
 1 c. cracker crumbs
 1 c. milk
 2 eggs
 1 sm. onion, chopped
 Salt & pepper

 Preparation :
    Mix all the ingredients and bake 1 hour in moderate oven.
