The registration fee is 250 US dollars before March 15.  After March 15 registration fee is 350 US dollars.

Registration fee includes a copy of the conference proceedings (78 US dollars) which will be published by Cambridge University Press.

Registration fee does *not* include the ticket for the Conference Banquet (September 6).  The cost of the Banquet is 73 US dollars per person. Please add this to the registration fee if you are planning to attend the banquet.

Registration fees can not be refunded after June 15.

Registration fee can be paid by credit card (preferred) or by wire transfer.
