for all registered participants.

Color figures will appear
in color at no charge in the electronic version of the proceedings only.
For color figures in the printed proceedings, the publisher will charge
the authors £ 500 per page. Authors not willing to cover this sum should
ensure that their figures reproduce properly in black-and-white.
