The proceedings will be published by Cambridge University Press and they will be available both electronically  and in print. The hardcopy and online access to are included in the registration fee for all registered participants.

By the agreement between IAU and Cambridge University Press, the proceedings will be published by March 9, 2008 (six months after the end of the Symposium).

All manuscripts must be submitted by e-mail to iaus246@physics.drexel.edu

The final deadline for the submission of manuscripts is OCTOBER 9, 2007.

Please submit your LaTex file, ps files with figures and the full contribution as a pdf file. Please name your files as YourLastname.tex,YourLastname.pdf, YourLastname_fig1.ps, etc.

Manuscript page limits:

Invited talk: max 10 pages

Contributed talk: max 5 pages

Poster: max 2 pages

Copyright form: Please complete and sign the copyright form and give it to the Chief Editor (Enrico Vesperini) during the conference or mail it to: Enrico Vesperini, Department of Physics, Drexel University, Philadelphia, PA 19104 USA

 

Color figures will appear in color at no charge in the electronic version of the proceedings only. For color figures in the printed proceedings, the publisher will charge the authors £ 500 per page. Authors not willing to cover this sum should ensure that their figures reproduce properly in black-and-white.
