Texas

Liner's Diner
I-30 West, Fort Worth. I noticed Texas was not listed in your menu of Great Diners and was compelled to correct this oversight. I want to present Liner's Diner to you and the world. I was anxious to meet Mr. Liner after eating, (or should I say, attempting to eat) "The Largest Hamburger in Texas" (and you know how those Texans are about size!, ed). During my conversation with Marc (Liner), I learned that the building he is in is only a staging ground; he not only is preparing to move into a nice shiny stainless steel modular diner, but is designing a model to use with an International Franchise Package featuring these beautiful works of art in restaurant form. Currently, he is developing the menu, work schedules, etc. Liner's not only has the "Largest Hamburger...", but in this reporter's view, the best tasting home-cooked food I've had in a long time. One leaves feeling good about about the value and quality at Liner's Diner. East-West travelers on I-30 should plan to spend time in History rich Fort Worth (where the West begins) and at least 7 or 8 trips to Liner's Diner for nourishment, culinary satisfaction, and oh yes, ----Value!!!
