- Located in Bridgeville-"If you lived here, you'd be home now"-Delaware
at the intersection of state route 404 and US 13, this is Delmarva
cuisine at its best.
4/29/98: The big parking lot is always full, from early morning: catch
the $2.22 special-2 eggs, 2 sausage/bacon, 2 pancakes-to probably 9 or
9:30 at night. Chicken & dumplings, Eastern Shore-style fried
chicken, and classic soft-shelled crabs are just several of the
numerous items on the menu. The portions are as big as the menu is
extensive. Quality ingredients, always fresh, except-of course-the
canned green beans. And, don't you dare leave without sampling the
deserts; scratch cakes and pies that can't be beat. You can buy a
slice or buy them whole!
