The LATG program is being designed to study the hydrodynamics of incompressible fluids using "lattice gas" (LA) algorithms. The main objective is to develop a program that incorporates all of the existing models of LA for fluids under a comprehensive GUI with the ability to visualize the system under numerous representations. The ultimate goal is to understand fluid flow through porous media as a function of density, fluid velocity, porosity, and Reynolds number.

The algorithms and user interface of the LATG program are written in C++ with the help of the The Fast Light Tool Kit FLTK GUI library. The graphics are done using OpenGl.
